You #30

By

,

You dear will dare
You will. Conquer me bare
We’ll share the lingering taste of unknown victories
Our life bed laid before the brightest sun shining eternities.

There, you will find me a peaceful contradiction
The way I live white dreams in black skin like a Jew
The Deep Coffee eyes glowing His Print.

You will find
Passions are horses I ride
Down trails made for one, two

When you find the finger.
You will find me
Sharing screened pains I know not
Truly tasting love, strong death love I haven’t touched. Before

You dear,
You.

PS: I don’t know if thirty is just perfect. But I’m ending my musings on what love and marriage with that gentleman will be like. I have a few more I’ll just not put out here. I may write a few more and keep keeping it till he arrives. I may not. Whatever happens, I hope my You series gave you something to think about for what love, marriage, and all those butterfly-giving words can be. There’ll still be Poetry here though. Have a lovely Tuesday evening.
